Massage at Home

My name is Frederico Pacheco, born in Lisbon and I am a Therapeutic Massage Therapist with a diverse background. Before following my true calling, I served in the army and worked in the fields of communications and tourism, but I always maintained a deep connection with massage. In 2014, I moved to London in search of new experiences, and during a trip to Greece in 2015, I felt a strong calling to pursue my dream of becoming a Therapeutic Massage Therapist. In 2016, I began my studies in the field, determined to improve my skills. Returning to Lisbon in 2021, I brought a unique approach to my therapeutic practice, where I integrate music as an essential element in the flow of the massage. I also use a holistic approach, adapting my techniques to address the challenges and complexities of modern life. My massage goes beyond physical relief, aiming to promote deep balance between body, mind, and spirit, offering a transformative experience for my clients.
